Ovarian Cancer Patients and Survivors

This is a survey conducted by the College of Nursing at Texas Women's University. The Gilda Radner Familial Ovarian Cancer Registry is simply hosting this page to help promote the survey. You are invited to participate in a brief survey regarding your experiences with drug trials and other cancer research since being diagnosed with ovarian cancer.


The only requirements for completing the survey are:
•    having a diagnosis of ovarian cancer at any time in your life
•    18 years of age or older, and
•    speak and read English

•    All participants can choose to remain anonymous to the researcher
•    Approval for this study has been granted by the Institutional Review Board of Texas Woman’s University in Houston, TX, USA
•    Completion of the survey implies consent to participate
