Kunle Odunsi, MD, PhD, FRCOG, FACOG

Dr. Odunsi is Chair of the Department of Gynecologic Oncology, Executive Director of the Center for Immunotherapy and Co-Leader of the Tumor Immunology and Immunotherapy research program at Roswell Park Cancer Institute. His research interests include the molecular characterization of tumor antigens in ovarian cancer and their application to the development of vaccine for the disease. Under the direction of Dr. Odunsi the Registry is currently conducting innovative research to learn more about the causes of familial cancer. His hope is to discover new genes that predispose a woman to the development of ovarian cancer, which will help to better detect and ultimately prevent this disease.

Shashikant Lele, MD, FACOG

Dr. Lele is Clinical Chief of Gynecologic Oncology and Clinical Chair, Division of Surgical Subspecialties at Roswell Park Cancer Institute. His research interests include Gynecologic Oncology Group studies involving clinical and scientific research as well as ovarian cancer surgery and ovarian cancer chemotherapy. He actively recruits and counsels patients with ovarian cancer, as well as their family members. This recruitment leads to knowledge about research objectives to help them as well as others with this disease.
